Monthly retainer-based support
As these are customized, labor-intensive services, many are non-refundable once work has begun. However, partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of completion.
Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

The service has not yet been initiated (e.g., supplier contact not made)

The client cancels the service in writing within 24 hours of payment

A clear, documented failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service
Refunds will not be issued for:

Work already performed (e.g., sourcing already started, inspections already booked)

Delays caused by third parties (e.g., suppliers, customs, logistics)

Client changing their mind after supplier introductions or quotes have been delivered
Partial Refund
In cases where partial work has been done, a pro-rated refund may be offered at Amora Global’s discretion. For example:

If factory vetting is complete, but production hasn’t started

If inspection booking has not yet been confirmed

To request a refund:

Our team will review the request within 5–7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
