Industries we source for

Where our factory network runs deepest

Our network spans smart wearables and medical adjacent electronics, multi component electronics and IoT, consumer and lifestyle goods, and industrial equipment and transport. The specific products described in each section are representative examples of programs we run, not the limit of what we source.

Smart Wearables & Medical

Smart rings, bracelets, health monitoring, and medical adjacent electronics

We source ODM and OEM partners across consumer wearables and medical adjacent electronics. This includes smart rings and bracelets for elderly care B2B channels and active adult B2C channels, home health monitors, clinical accessories, and the supporting firmware and manufacturing coordination those devices require.

This is a technically demanding category, so we hold candidate factories to a higher bar. Depending on the client brief we will screen on factors such as sensor stack and sampling rate, SoC platform and SDK openness, CE or FDA pathway readiness, ingress protection, battery performance under real use, and ISO 13485 factory level quality systems. Which criteria are non negotiable depends on the product and the market the client is entering.

If you have a specification sheet, we will build the shortlist against it. If you do not, we will help you write one.

Electronics & IoT

Multi component electronic products, firmware coordination, PCB assembly

For multi component electronic products, we apply a lead factory model. One qualified lead factory, typically the PCB assembly and final integration partner, receives components from specialist suppliers we have also vetted. This reduces coordination complexity and creates a single accountable partner for the finished device.

Typical scope

  • PCB assembly, component sourcing, and final integration
  • Firmware handoff coordination between your engineering team and factory engineers
  • Sample iteration, tooling amortization, and NRE negotiation
  • Component level cost breakdown at factories we source and vet
  • Pre shipment functional testing and firmware verification

This model has been applied to commercial products including mixed electronics and statue integrations, where a lead factory coordinates downstream specialist suppliers on behalf of the buyer.

Consumer & Lifestyle

Hospitality, retail, household goods, fashion, and fitness

Our consumer goods work covers categories where the buyer is often a retail operator, hotel group, boutique brand, or fitness distributor. These engagements typically involve OEM or white label production, careful attention to packaging and branding, and freight optimization for large SKU catalogs.

Active catalog categories

  • Hotel and retail lighting
  • Gym wear and athleisure apparel
  • Water bottles, resistance bands, and fitness accessories
  • Home goods, kitchen accessories, and textiles
  • Hospitality furniture and room amenities
  • Fashion components, trims, and finished apparel

Industrial & Transport

Industrial equipment, machinery, transport, and distribution programs

We source industrial equipment, machinery, and transport products for distributors and operators across Southeast Asia and beyond. Depending on the project we cover factory selection, configurable BOMs, bilingual distributor materials, shipping mode analysis, and ongoing supply continuity.

Two examples of active programs we run are prefab steel warehouse systems and solar electric cargo tricycles for the Thai market, where we have built distributor channels, pricing, and bilingual go to market materials. Those are representative projects rather than a scope limit. If your industrial or transport category is not pictured here, we are still likely to be able to source it.

What we routinely run for industrial clients

  • Factory qualification against engineering and compliance specifications
  • Configurable BOM and pricing tiers for distributor channels
  • Shipping mode analysis, including CBU and KD freight cost comparisons
  • Bilingual distributor materials in English, Thai, and other markets on request
  • Pre order and zero inventory distribution models where suitable

A note on scope

Categories we source on request, and the short list we decline

Our strongest coverage is in the four industries above, but we are set up to source almost any legal category a client asks for. A small set of categories we decline on principle.

Sourced on request

Pharmaceutical ingredients, regulated chemicals, industrial inputs, food adjacent goods, and specialty materials. We source these categories when a client asks, working with specialist factories and the relevant compliance paperwork. Tell us what you need and we will confirm whether we can run it end to end or bring in a specialist co broker.

Weapons and export controlled dual use goods

We do not source these categories. If your project touches export controlled items, we will decline and refer you to a licensed broker.

Have a category in mind?

Tell us what you are sourcing and the specifications that matter. If it is outside our strongest categories, we will tell you honestly and recommend a path forward.
